The Grocontinental workforce is now over 350 people mostly, but not exclusively, from the local area. We reward talent and contribution and have a healthy mix of long-serving members of staff who have worked their way through the business, taking on board the opportunities presented to them and employees, new to the company, who bring wide industry knowledge.
