Natalie leads our team of Customer Service Administrators who support our customers in the meat and poultry industry.
Her excellent communication skills and her meticulous planning ability mean that she leaves no stone unturned when it comes to delivering for our customers.
Natalie joined us in 2006 shortly after leaving school. Her induction to the business was in our busy Control Centre before she moved swiftly into our Customer Services Team to manage day-to-day operations for meat customer accounts.
In 2014, Natalie enjoyed a six-month secondment to the Warehouse Team as an Operational Administrator. The key aim of the role was to strengthen the relationship between departments and to identify opportunities for improvements in working practices. The secondment provided a great opportunity for Natalie to expand her knowledge of the business.
Following her secondment, Natalie was promoted to Customer Services Supervisor.
A sport fanatic, Natalie enjoys watching football and F1 racing. She also enjoys swimming, going to the gym and spending time with family and friends.
Natalie is also busy making plans for her forthcoming wedding.
