Customer Service Manager Cheese Team Multi-product Team

Key responsibilities

Amy is our Grocontinental cheese expert having worked with a large number of dairy customers over the last eight years.  She now leads the team of Customer Service Administrators who support our growing list of customers operating in the cheese industry.

She also has responsibility for our Multi-Product Team who work with our customers in a range of food industry sectors including cereals, drinks, bakery and confectionery.

As well as her excellent customer service skills, IT-savvy Amy has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of how our own systems communicate with customers’ systems.

Career background

Amy spent the early part of her career working within the Children and Young People Services at Shropshire Council before joining our Customer Service Team in 2010. 

She has worked across our customer base to amass wide experience and is now one of the most experienced members of our team.

Away from the office

A passionate Harry Potter fan, Amy can be tested on anything Hogwarts!  After recently moving into her new home, she is on the road to becoming a fully-fledged domestic goddess after overcoming her cooking nerves to deliver her first Sunday roast!

Amy has also taken up running as a new hobby and, although it’s early days, she’s determined to beat her colleagues in the annual two-mile Grocontinental Relay.
